- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Previous patient who received an inaccurate letter from the corporate office I called several times regarding this issue and never received an answer the last time I called the lady who answered (whose name I never received) talk so bad to me then hung up on me bc she didn't have the answer I was asking hung up on me. When I spoke to the corporate office they claimed I was threatening her safety because I wanted to know what her name was.
